Winter Orange Punch

For 2 people

• - 250ml 100% orange juice
• - 150ml white wine, medium dry
• - To taste cinnamon sticks, star anise, cardamom, mace, fennel etc
• - 75ml Cointreau
• - 75ml Rum
• - 3tbs whipped cream

Preparation:

Gently heat the juice and wine with the spices and let stand it a little - then add the alcohol and heat it up gently.

Divided into 2 glasses and topped with whipped cream.
